Go to: Football Development | USA Football Register as a new user (or login if you've already registered) There is a $40 fee that you will need to pay, Blue Thunder will reimburse you. Print the certificate showing you completed the course All cheer coaches must be Concussion Sports Certified Go to: Concussion in Sports Course (nfhslearn.com) Select "Wisconsin" then click "Start Learning" button Register as a new user (or login if you've already registered) Complete the purchase (the course is free, so you will not be asked for payment information) Complete the course (takes about 20 minutes) Print the certificate showing you completed the course (certification is valid for 1 year) Football & Cheer coaches may be subject to a non-employment background check. *Background Check Download and fill out the form below. Coaches MAY NOT participate until both of these items are completed and verified. Concussion certificates and consent forms may be turned into Amanda DeSmith at equipment handout. THESE ARE DUE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1ST SO YOU MAY BEGIN PRACTICING WITH YOUR TEAM ON AUGUST 4TH. |
